We partnered with Austin Reuse Coalition to survey disposables from restaurants in Austin, TX metro area along with other nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, business leaders and passionate community members. Together we are doing Restaurant Blitz, a consumer-led food ware audit for restaurants in Austin metro area using an app PlasticScore to assess the use of single use plastics during dining or take out experience.
